Cricketers Steve Smith and Aaron Finch have starred for Australia – notching up half centuries in their win over Sri Lanka in the first one-day International in Colombo.
The Aussies winning by three wickets after suffering a series whitewash against the hosts in the three Tests.
Finch pulled off what was his 12th ODI half-century. But he eventually fell to spinner Amila Aponso, walking away after putting 56 runs on the board.

James Faulkner and Mitchell Starc, who became the fastest to reach 100 wickets in his 52nd match, claimed seven wickets between them after Australia decided to bowl first.
