Australia’s top terrorist reportedly killed in the Middle East

THERE’S reports Australia’s most senior Islamic State terrorist has been killed in the Middle East.

The ABC reports Mohammad Ali Baryalei, also known as the fugitive Australian terrorist accused of masterminding a plot to kill random members of the public in Sydney, was killed while fighting.

Baryalei is accused of recruiting dozens of Australians to fight alongside extremists in Syria and Iraq.


It is understood he died four or five days ago but news of his death began circulating on social media over the past 12 hours.
