Baby girl removed from ‘drug lab’
A baby girl has been removed from an alleged drug lab in Perth.
Officers found the four-month-old baby during a raid on a home in Belmont, in Perth’s eastern suburbs on Tuesday.
Items consistent with those used to manufacture illicit drugs were found and the house cordoned off for safety.
A 42-year-old man has been charged with attempting to manufacture a prohibited drug and will appear in court at a later date.
Further charges are expected to be laid.
