A 15-month-old boy is recovering after undergoing surgery to facial injuries sustained whilst being attacked by his family dog in Brisbane’s north.
The young boy was bitten on the face and neck by the family’s Border Collie Kelpie cross breed pet about 10.45am Sunday.
It’s believed the dog became over-excited while playing with the young child.
