Beachgoers help save a stranded great white shark

WOULD you help save a great white shark?

Sharks have been making headlines recently, with a number of attacks along the East Coast of Australia.

While most of us hope to never come face-to-face with one, some beachgoers in Massachusetts were caught off guard when a 7ft great white launched itself out of the water and onto the sand while chasing a seagull.


Instead of running from the beach in a mad panic, over 40 people helped rescue the great white.

They splashed buckets of water on the shark to keep it wet until officials were able to pull it back into the water.
