BIG W recalls toddler jacket over choking fears

BIG W has issued a recall for a toddler jacket which has been available for sale nationwide.

The company said they take product safety seriously which is why they needed to issue a recall of the B Collection Toddler Girls Size 2-7 Bomber Jacket.

The Australian Competition and Consumer commission has also alerted Australians to the recall on their website.

They say the zipper slider may detach from the zipper, posing a potential choking hazard to a child.

The jacket has been sold in BIG W stores around the country from 5 February 2018 to 22 February 2018.

People are being told to stop using the jacket and return it to any BIG W store for a full refund.
