Bike riders sought after Punchbowl stabbing

Two pushbike riders may be able to assist police with their investigations after a man was stabbed at Punchbowl this morning.

Just after 5am this morning (Friday 25 November 2016), emergency services were called to a unit complex on Canterbury Road at Punchbowl, where a 37-year-old man had suffered a wound to his abdomen.

He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.


Police want to speak with two males who left the scene on pushbikes, who they believe may have witnessed the incident.
