Bikie charged over alleged sexual assault of 12yo girl

A member of the Nomads bikie gang has been charged over the alleged sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl.

Detectives from the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad commenced an investigation following reports the girl had been assaulted by an unknown man that she met at a train station in Sydney’s south west.

It’s believed the man and the 12-year-old girl spoke at the station and while on the train, before he led her to a home at Chester Hill and sexually assaulted her back on February 14.

After extensive inquiries, detectives attended a home at Chester Hill last Thursday February 28.

Police will allege that officers from Strike Force Raptor arrested the man following a violent struggle, in which two operatives were injured.

The Nomads outlaw motorcycle gang member has been charged with sexual intercourse with a child aged between 10 and 14, and resisting or hindering police in execution of duty.

A bedside hearing was conducted, and the man was refused bail to appear in local court on March 13.

He remains under guard in hospital.
