Cosby initially faced a trial in June 2017, however it was dropped after the jury failed to reach a verdict.
Outside of court today, lawyer Gloria Allred expressed her relief.
“We are so happy that finally we can say, women are believed, and not only on #MeToo, but in a court of law,” Ms Allred said.
Cosby was granted conditional bail while he awaits sentencing in 60-90 days.
