Bill Cosby has been ordered to stand trial for a sexual assault case dating back to 2004.
The 78-year-old entertainer was charged in December with drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, a Temple University staff member, at his Philadelphia home in 2004.
Following a hearing on Tuesday, Pennsylvania judge Elizabeth A. McHugh ruled there was enough evidence to proceed with a criminal trial.
