THE body of a teenager who has been missing for seven years, has been found in the chimney of an abandoned cabin.
The remains of 18-year-old Joshua Vernon Maddux were found by contractors as they were tearing down the cabin in Colorado.
Maddux vanished in 2008 leaving his family desperate for answers.

The coroner ruled the death an ‘accident’ revealing that there were no signs of physical injury.
“It was likely accidental because there would be easier ways to commit suicide than climbing down a chimney.”
“Maddux was probably trying to shimmy down the chimney when he got stuck.”
Authorities had to use dental records to identify the remains.
Details of the 18-year-old’s death are likely to remain a mystery.
