Bodyboarder pulled unconscious from dangerous surf
SURF Lifesavers are once again reminding us to stay out of the ocean, after a man was pulled unconscious from a beach on the Sunshine Coast.
In a Twitter post, SLSQ confirmed the 34-year-old was bodyboarding outside the flags at Noosa Heads when he came into trouble.
“Lifeguards commenced CPR until (the patient) was transported to hospital,” they wrote.
Beaches across both the Gold and Sunshine Coasts are closed today due to dangerous swell.
