POLICE are appealing for help from the public to locate a significant amount of expensive jewellery that was stolen from a home on at Ashmore last month.
The burglary is understood to have happened some time between 8.30pm and 8.45pm at a home on Hillview Parade on Wednesday February 21.
Detectives said the owners were actually at home at the time of the theft, but were in another part of the house.

Police are urging anyone who may have information regarding the burglary or the whereabouts of the stolen jewellery to contact them.
