Just almost there from a huge drive and we get a refund in 3 days yet no help in finding another place when we haven’t spare money to book elsewhere and drive 5 hours. It was two weeks ago a domestic happened and we had a night of trouble then as fire alarms happening due to a domestic. I can’t imagine how bad but to be basically told to go home or find something else when I explained I had no money to book elsewhere
