A judge has found Gold Coast woman Heidi Strbak was responsible for the injury/ies that led to her young son’s death in 2009.
Strbak last month pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of her four-year-old son Tyrell Cobb, however denied causing the boy’s injuries.
Tyrell died after being found with horrific injuries at a house on the Gold Coast in May, 2009.

Strbak’s former partner Matthew Scown was sentenced to four years jail for manslaughter in October, however his sentence was suspended immediately given time already served in custody.
Strbak is due to be sentenced in Brisbane Supreme Court next week.
