New Gold Coast Coach Garth Brennan will reunite with one of his former charges, with the Titans signing Mitch Rein.
Rein made his NRL debut in round one of 2011 for St. George and played 132 games for the Dragons before moving to the Panthers.
He played the majority of his games at Penrith in the reserves, winning the Super Intrust Premiership under the tutelage of Garth Brennan.

The coach said he was looking forward to bringing another experienced head into the Titans line-up.
“It’s great that we have been able to acquire a player who has played over 130 NRL games and represented Country Origin,” Brennan said.
The admiration is mutual between the pair, with Rein saying it was an easy decision to return to the Coast after getting Brennan’s phone call.
“I’m looking forward to the challenge and having the opportunity to link up with Garth again, is great,” he said.
“He is a champion guy and a great coach, once he gave me a call it was a pretty easy decision.”
