Brisbane CBD offices evacuated over ‘chemical incident’
Staff have been evacuated from an office building in Brisbane’s CBD after a suspicious powder was reportedly found.
Emergency crews including police, paramedics and fire and rescue raced to the building on Queen Street around 11.00am.
Four people were assessed by paramedics, however did not require treatment.
Testing on the powder was conducted at the scene, however it’s believed to have been deemed non suspicious.
Staff have since returned to the building.
