Brisbane nanny killed in London terror attack farewelled on Friday

The funeral for Brisbane nanny Sara Zelanak, killed in the London Bridge terror attack this month, will be held at her old school.

Sara was one of two Australians to lose their lives when a van was driven into crowds before three man jumped out and started stabbing people there and at Borough Market on June 3.

The other was South Australian nurse Kirsty Boden.

Sara’s dad Ondre posted on Facebook that a memorial service will be held at Moreton Bay College on Friday morning.

Ondre took part in the Variety Jet Trek event in May and many of his fellow trekkers are expected to attend Friday’s service. The below was shared on Variety Jet Trek’s Facebook page.
