Queensland Police have revealed some of the State’s worst areas for high-level drink driving, with Broadbeach topping the list on the Gold Coast.
The Courier-Mail reports Cairns topped the list for with 121 people blowing at least three times over the limit in the last year.
Toowoomba follows with 101 people, then Broadbeach comes in third with 81 people.

The only other Gold Coast suburb to get a mention in the top 10 was Southport, which had 72 people caught for high-level drink driving.
Some of the most likely offences committed by drivers under the influence were swerving across roads, crashing into roadworks, abusing police and driving with their children in the car.
As a whole, there were 4242 drivers who blew at least three times more than the legal limit in Queensland in the past year.
Brisbane came in with the lowest drink and drug-driving rate in Queensland per 100,000 people.
