ROUGH seas are not expected to disrupt Round 2 of the Australian Surf Rowers League Queensland Cup at Broadbeach tomorrow.
Nearly 60 crews from Bundaberg to the NSW border have nominated to compete across seven categories, including Open Men, Open Women and Masters.
Maroochydore Force will be one of the crews to watch in the Open Men’s event.

They have a major point to prove for the rest of this season after dominating last week’s National Selection Trials in Sydney only to have 2nd place getters Bigola gain the nod from the national selectors.
It’s been a big week for Open Women’s Queensland representatives, Tugun Hunters, who last weekend were selected as the new national women’s representative crew. Their main rivals at Broadbeach are expected to be Kurrawa Krankitiz.
Tallebudgerra will host Round 3 of the series on Saturday February 15.
