Brother in big trouble after sister’s Mercedes is impounded by police

A 23-year-old man may have some explaining to do after he had his sister’s beloved Mercedes impounded by police early this morning.

It’s understood the man was pulled over around 3.40am after officers detected the Mercedes Benz travelling at high speeds on Davisson Street in Epping, Melbourne.

The man was breath tested at the scene and returned an alleged reading of  .076 per cent.


A check of his licence also revealed he was driving while disqualified.

Police impounded the Mercedes for 30 days at the cost of $896.50.

He is also expected to be charged on summons with drink driving, driving while disqualified and speeding.
