Gold Coast Titans utility Bryce Cartwright is out for a minimum of three weeks after breaking his hand at training today.
The club confirmed the news in a statement a short time ago, saying the recruit from Penrith has been “dealt another blow”.
It’s understood Cartwright was taking part in a defensive drill with fellow teammates when he “hit his hand hard on an opponent and immediately knew he was in trouble”.

He was sent for x-rays at the Titans’ Parkwood training and administration facility which then confirmed the break.
It’s believed Cartwright will likely miss three to four weeks.
“It is disappointing for him and he is trying to get his way back into the squad but hopefully he’s only out for a few weeks and will force his way back into the squad,” teammate Nathan Peats told media following the incident.
