Bureau forecasts possibly severe thunderstorms for Gold Coast, SEQ
The Gold Coast could be in for a thunderstorm tomorrow, according to the Bureau’s latest forecast.
As hot temperatures come to an end following a steamy weekend, we’re being told to expect possibly severe across the southeast.
While severe storms are only possible for the coast line at this stage, the Bureau considered them likely for areas further west.
If it hits, it could bring large hail, damaging winds and heavy rainfall.
A cool change is then tipped to roll in from Wednesday.
Southeast Queensland residents are being urged to keep an eye on the Bureau’s warnings here.
