The ‘I luv coffee’ Burleigh Bears will play host to an NRL preseason trial when the Gold Coast Titans take on foundation club the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Pizzey Park on February 20.
Pizzey Park is the Titans’ temporary training base and is adjacent to Burleigh Bears Leagues Club. The Titans have previously played the Brisbane Broncos (2012) and the NZ Warriors (2013) in pre-season trials at the same venue.
It will be the last hit out for Neil Henry’s squad before the 2016 NRL season and may be a chance for local league fans to get their first glimpse of returning Rabbitoh Sam Burgess who will be back in action in the myrtle and green.

The other matches are: Fogs Colts – Burleigh Bears v Sunshine Coast; Intrust Super Cup – I Luv Coffee Burleigh Bears v Sunshine Coast.
