Car crashes into shop on the Gold Coast

A car has crashed into a shop on the Gold Coast this morning, making it the fourth incident of its kind in just weeks.

The accident occurred on Robina Parkway and Markeri Street just after 9.45am.

A woman, aged in her 60s, was treated at the scene by paramedics for minor injuries.

She has since been taken to Robina Hospital in a stable condition.
