Car hits home and comes to rest on top of another car in Sydney

A car has ploughed into the front of a home in Sydney’s north west – coming to rest on top of another car parked in the driveway.

The man behind the wheel lost control of his Mitsubishi Magna in West Pennant Hills around midnight on Saturday – crashing into a garage.

The sedan came to rest on top of a Honda Accord which was parked in the driveway.

The male driver allegedly left the scene before emergency services arrived; police from The Hills Local Area Command are now following several lines of inquiry as to his identity.

Two women, believed to be in their 20’s,  were in the car but escaped without injury.

No one in the home was hurt; however, a garage at the front of the house has been damaged.

Inquiries are continuing.
