While all the regular favourites remain, including the iconic patagonian toothfish, owner Ronnie Tarabay and chef Damien Styles are celebrating the change in season with some new Autumn options.

myGC was lucky enough to taste test a few of the new dishes, and let us just say – Gold Coasters you won’t be disappointed.
So without further to do, here is our pick of what you should order on your next visit to the seafood mecca:
Pan Seared Scallops – These canadian scallops are served on a base of mushroom duxelle, with squid ink and topped with a scattering of crispy serrano. The combination of flavours is pure perfection.
Whole Crispy Snapper – One word: Yum! The fish is served whole, with a thai style salad on top and a Nam Jim sauce. It is a beautiful balance of textures and flavours.
Patagonian Toothfish – While it’s not new for Autumn, the toothfish is a must order! People travel from far and wide to enjoy this dish and once you taste it, you will understand why.
Raspberry Cheesecake – This cheesecake is a wonderful addition to the dessert menu. If you love a sweet treat, and still have room after your main, this is a great choice. The raspberry coulis has just the right amount of tart and the crunchy gingernut base is moreish.
The Fish House is open 7 days a week for Dinner, and Tuesday – Sunday for Lunch. For more information, and to make a reservation, visit: thefishhouse.com.au/
