Child among four injured in fiery crash

FOUR people including a child have been taken to hospital following a fiery two-car crash in Logan.

One vehicle burst into flames after the cars collided on Wayne Goss Drive at Berrinba just after 8pm last night.

Queensland Ambulance said paramedics assessed five people at the scene before transporting four to hospital.


The patients were transported in stable conditions to various hospitals across Brisbane.

A woman in her 40s was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while a child in their early teens was taken to Queensland Children’s Hospital.

Two other adults aged in their early 20s were taken Logan Hospital with back and neck pain.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
