A man will appear in court after he was caught drink driving with a child in his vehicle in Bowral yesterday.
About 6.15pm (Thursday 23 July 2015), officers stopped a Mazda 323 travelling east along Bowral Street, near the intersection of Old South Road.
Police spoke to the male driver, before he was submitted to a roadside breath test, which allegedly returned a positive result.

Two passengers were in the vehicle at the time of the alleged incident, including a nine-year-old boy.
The man was arrested at the scene and taken to Bowral Police Station, where he was subjected to a breath test analysis, which allegedly returned a result of 0.296.
The 42-year-old man has been issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for high-range PCA, to appear at Moss Vale Local Court on 8 September 2015.
His licence has been suspended.
