A primary school student has been hospitalised with a significant leg injury after he was hit by a car outside a school this morning.
Emergency services were called to Elanora State High School around 8.30am, following reports of the incident.
On arrival, paramedics report a pre-teen male had suffered a significant leg injury, after he was hit by a 4WD with a bull bar.

Witnesses say the bike was crushed by the vehicle.
The boy has been taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital for further treatment.
He’s believed to be in a stable condition.
