A 10-YEAR-OLD boy has died following a horror head-on crash on the Pacific Highway in northern NSW.
Two two cars came to grief on the highway at Tyndale, around 32km northeast of Grafton, just before 4.30 on Wednesday afternoon.
A ten-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries in the collision. He was rushed to Grafton Hospital but died shortly after arriving.

Both drivers and three other passengers were all taken to the same hospital with various, non-life threatening injuries.
Emergency services, including the Crash Investigation Unit, remain at the scene.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
