UPDATE @ 2.00pm: Another child has been pulled from a backyard pool in South East Queensland.
The young girl, whose age is not known, was pulled from the water at a home in Kallangur, north of Brisbane, just after 1.15pm.
She was treated and stabalised at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Redcliffe Hospital in a stable condition.

It comes just hours after a child was pulled unconscious from a backyard pool on the Gold Coast.
EARLIER @ 11.50am: A boy has been rushed to hospital after being pulled unconscious from a backyard swimming pool on the Gold Coast.
The child was unresponsive when he was pulled out of the water at the house in Hope Island just after 10.00am.
Three ambulances were dispatched to the scene. When they arrived, the child, whose age is not known, had regained consciousness.
He was treated and stabalised by paramedics at the scene, before being rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
Queensland Ambulance said the youngster was transported in a stable condition.
