A woman has been charged after a four-year-old boy was allegedly tied up at a Sydney childcare centre on two separate occasions.
The 31-year-old woman was taken into custody at a home in Dulwich Hill just before 9.00am on Wednesday.
It comes following an ongoing investigation into reports a child with a disability had been assaulted by a worker at a childcare centre in Glebe in 2017.

Police allege the young boy had his wrists bound on two separate occasions by the woman while she was working at the centre.
She has since been charged charged with two counts of assault school student while attending a school.
The woman was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Friday 18 December.
