Children among four injured after car crashes into Gold Coast home
FOUR people, including two children, have been injured after a car smashed into a home on the Gold Coast this morning.
It’s understood the vehicle crashed into a house on Marrinup Street in Upper Coomera around 8.40am.
Four Ambulance crews were called to the scene, with two women and two children suffering injuries in the accident.
A woman in her 70s was treated by paramedics for chest injuries before being taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A woman in her 50s sustained an arm injury, while the two youngsters escaped with minor injuries.
They’ve all been transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Police were also called to the scene of the crash, with a spokesperson confirming both the car and house sustained damage.
