#CHILLING: Eagles of Death Metal tell of horror during Paris attacks
Only a week after their concert became the scene of a horrific terror attack, the band members from the Eagles of Death Metal have spoken about the tragedy.
In an interview with Vice, the lead singer Jesse Hughes recalled the attack as an ‘unimaginable ordeal’.
“Several people hid in our dressing room, and the killers were able to get in and killed every one of them – except for a kid who was hiding under my leather jacket,” he said.
“People were playing dead, and they were so scared”.
89 people were killed in the attack on the Bataclan, including the band’s merchandise manager and three of their colleagues from their record label.
