Chris Hemsworth opens up about being a dad

Chris Hemsworth loves being a dad, but says being a parent can be difficult.

The Thor actor opened up about his family life to to Daily Life, saying: “The biggest thing I’ve learnt having kids, is that now I know what love is, I know what frustration is,” he says. “I know the full gamut of emotions, good and bad. I feel I had just scratched the surface prior.”

The 32-year-old and wife Elsa Pataky have three children – 3-year-old India Rose and 1-year-old twins Tristan and Sasha.

Surely handling three little ones is easy when you’re a superhero right? Not so much, Chris says: “Each time you add one it feels like three more. It feels like I have six. They’re non-stop, active kids.”

Depsite being a superstar Hollywood actor, Hemsworth and his young family choose to live in laidback Byron Bay and can often be spotted out an about in the small town.
