The #GetThorToGCUH campaign comes after Taylor Swift made a surprise visit to the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane on Monday 11 July where she spent four hours hanging out and taking selfies with sick children.
The singing superstar had been staying on the Gold Coast while her actor boyfriend Tom Hiddleston was busy filming Thor with Hemsworth.
The pair – dubbed Hiddleswift – has since returned to Los Angeles after spending two weeks on the Coast.
Special Needs Solutions distributes equipment to hospitals, special schools, rehabilitation centres, disability services and various government agencies across Australia.
The company works closely alongside the Cerebral Palsy League, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Spina Bifida and Acquired Brain Injury sufferers.
