Hundreds of underprivileged children and their families will be treated to a night of laughs and acrobatics when Circus Quirkus hits the Gold Coast this Saturday.
More than 1,400 people will attend the Gold Coast leg of the national circus tour at the Southport RSL across two shows this Saturday (4pm and 7pm).
Hosted on the Gold Coast by the Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport, Circus Quirkus is staged to provide an evening of entertainment for underprivileged kids and their families as well as raise money for youth charities.

Rotary Club of Broadwater Southport President Dennis O’Brien said the generosity of local businesses and individuals has enabled tickets to be distributed free of charge to underprivileged kids and their families.
“Through the support of Circus Quirkus and donations from the local community, we will provide this wonderful night of entertainment for these kids and their families, plus raise more than $20,000 for charities including the children’s ward of the Gold Coast University Hospital.”
