Cocaine, MDMA and fireworks found during raid on Gold Coast home

A MAN has been charged after police discovered a large stash of dangerous drugs, cash and fireworks inside a home on the Gold Coast yesterday.

Officers from the Gold Coast Rapid Action & Patrols Group came across the haul whilst executing a search warrant at a Meadowlake Drive address in Carrara.

During the raid, police allegedly uncovered a quantity of cocaine, MDMA, cannabis, cash and fireworks.


A 30-year-old Carrara man has since been charged with three counts of possessing dangerous drugs and one count each of producing and supplying dangerous drugs, possessing drug utensils, possessing explosives and possessing property suspected of being the proceeds of an offence.
