Convicted drug dealer caught with car full of meth while on bail in NSW

A CONVICTED drug dealer is back behind bars after she was allegedly caught with thousands of dollars worth of meth in her car while on bail in the NSW Riverina.

The 34-year-old woman was pulled over by police in Wagga Wagga on Friday.

During a search of her car, which was intercepted on Jack Avenue in the suburb of Mount Austin, officers allegedly found 30 grams of the drug ICE worth around $10,000.

It’s understood the stash was 10 times the trafficable quantity and six times the indictable possession amount.

According to the region’s leading newspaper, The Daily Advertiser, the woman had already been convicted of supplying drugs in the past and was on bail at the time she was pulled over.

She was arrested and charged with supplying an indictable quantity of dangerous drugs.

The woman has been remanded in custody to re-appear in court at a later date.
