Coolangatta development Sanbano the ‘Palazzo Versace of the southern Gold Coast’

AN $85 MILLION, 25 level residential tower currently nearing completion in Coolangatta is set to raise the bar in terms of residential opulence on the southern Gold Coast, with residents set to enjoy the benefits of their own concierge and ‘a five star hotel’ lifestyle.

Sanbano has been tagged the ‘Palazzo Versace of the southern Gold Coast’ by its marketers who say that its many attributes, including a putting green, the concierge service, private residents’ dining room, Club Lounge and fully furnished apartments, set it apart from anything developed in the area before.

To secure a slice of the oceanfront Sanbano lifestyle, residents will need a minimum of $2.72 million for a whole floor apartment.

All apartments will be sold complete with luxury furniture packages and the high end finishes and fittings include a full chef’s kitchen with top of the range Miele appliances, stone benchtops and sizeable bathrooms with luxurious appointments.

A Club Lounge and private dining room with commercial grade kitchen and servery are located at ground level along with an outdoor dining terrace, swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, putting green and bathroom amenities.

Developer Sanbano Group Capital formally released the project to the market today, with only 10 of the total 28 apartments in the building offered for sale to the Australian market.

The Group was also today given the green light to develop a $78 million residential dual tower project on Scarborough Street in Southport

Named Zhen by Sanbano, the development will comprise of 221 units across two towers.

It will take approximately 20 months to build, with construction set to commence in late 2014.
