Cops allegedly nab teen with 30 ecstasy tablets in Adelaide nightclub
A young man has been charged after he was allegedly caught by police with 30 ecstasy pills inside an Adelaide nightclub.
Officers conducted a walk through of the licensed premises just after 1am after being informed by security that a man was carrying around a bag of ecstasy.
Police spoke with the 19-year-old man and while searching his belongings, allegedly located 30 ecstasy tablets.
Officers then raided the man Elizabeth Street home and allegedly found a further 47 ecstasy pills, cash and drug paraphernalia.
The 19-year-old was arrested and later charged with drug offences, including trafficking a controlled drug.
He was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 8 July.
