Cops hunt shooter after house is sprayed with bullets in Sydney

Five people have escaped a house uninjured after it was sprayed with bullets in Sydney’s south-west early this morning.

Police said they were called to Pomo Close in Fairfield at around 3.30am following reports that shots had been fired.

Officers arrived to find several shots had been fired into the house.


Fortunately, five people who were home and inside the house at the time were not injured.

It was the second shooting in Sydney overnight.

A man was shot in the arm at a house in Miller around 9pm.

He was rushed to hospital in a serious condition.

Police are still searching for the shooters behind both incidents.
