A TWEED Coast couple have been charged with a string of property offences allegedly committed at semi-rural homes on the Gold Coast.
The 36-year-old man and 25-year-old woman from Casuarina Beach were finally arrested following a cross border investigation involving both Qld and NSW police.
The pair have so far been charged with over ninety offences including sixteen burglaries, twenty-five frauds, six unlawful use of motor vehicles, twenty-three counts of receiving tainted goods, eight counts of stealing, driving offences and three offences against the Bail Act in Queensland.

Police say the offences are alleged to have occurred at homes in the Tallai, Bonogin, Tallebudgera & Mudgeeraba areas earlier this year.
After their arrests, NSW detectives searched the couple’s Casuarina Beach home seizing large amounts of stolen property, which is currently being identified and returned to the victims.
The pair have both been remanded in custody. The woman is due to face Southport Magistrates Court on July 20 while the man is due to appear in the same court on July 25.
Police say as investigations continue it is expected that further charges will be laid.
