A man and woman have been arrested in relation to approximately 60 burglaries across the Gold Coast.
Police say the pair allegedly forced their way into a number of cars, homes and businesses, specifically targeting cosmetic studios and beauty salons and stealing items such as professional makeup products and equipment.

The alleged thefts are believed to have occurred from late 2017 to just yesterday.
Detectives came across the large haul of stolen makeup goods at a home in Varsity Lakes on Monday morning.
A 31-year-old woman and 29-year-old man have each been charged with 15 counts of break and enter, six counts of receiving tainted property, five counts of stealing, one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count of possessing stolen property.
The pair are due to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court on Tuesday July 19.
Investigations are continuing and police say further charges are expected.
