Court hears harrowing triple 0 call after mother drives car into lake, killing children

A Melbourne Court has heard the harrowing triple 0 call made by a witness just seconds after a car ploughed into Lake Gladman in April last year.
The audio was played as Akon Guode faced Melbourne Magistrates Court yesterday.
The 37-year-old is accused of driving her car into a lake in Wyndham Vale in April 2015, killing her four-year-old twins and one-year-old son.
