How about lime and passionfruit butter?

One of the best things about fresh fruit and vegetables is the way creative people use them to make unusual delicacies.

At the Eungella Market, in the hills 80 kilometres west of Mackay, you will find arts, crafts and clothes, but you will also find those creative people and their delicacies.

As far as market’s go, this is a small one, laid out inside Eungella Community Hall.

Standing behind one stall is Christina Connelly, whose table holds glass bottles filled with her homemade cordials

The flavours are weird and wonderful, all made without artificial additives.

And yes, Ms Connelly makes one cordial that tastes exactly like a traditional apple pie.
