Crime scene established after Qld pub gutted by ‘suspicious’ fire
Investigations are underway after a popular Queensland pub was gutted by a suspicious fire overnight.
Around 11.30pm, police were patrolling the area along Campbell Street in Toowoomba when they noticed large flames billowing from the licenced premises.
The pub, which was unoccupied at the time, sustained significant internal damage.
A crime scene has been declared with further forensic examination to be carried out this morning.
