A MAN has died after falling from a balcony on Sydney’s lower North Shore overnight.
Paramedics were called the Milson Road unit complex at Cremorne just after 8pm.
They arrived to find the 31-year-old on the ground with life-threatening injuries.

It’s understood he had fallen from a balcony on the second floor of the building.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital.
Sadly, the man’s injuries were too severe and he could not be saved.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital a short time after arriving.
A crime scene has been established at the Milson Road address while detectives investigate the circumstances surrounding the man’s fatal fall.
