A man has been arrested and charged with a long list of serious offences over a head-on crash that killed a woman in Wilton, south-west of Sydney three months ago.
The 35-year-old man was driving one of the vehicles involved in the crash on Picton Road in mid-September and has only just recently been released from hospital after being critically injured.

The 64-year-old female driver of the second car was killed instantly.
Her female passenger, aged 59, was left with serious injuries.
Following investigations into the cause of the crash, the 35-year-old man today attended Parramatta Police Station where he was arrested.
He has since been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, drive with misconduct occasioning actual bodily harm, and negligent driving occasioning death.
He has been granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on 12 January 2016.
